HR calls to set up the interview. But never responds in case one needs a feedback. In case one requires a feedback there is no response even if you send a mail. Maybe the recruitment team needs to upgrade their soft skill manners. Suggest them to be straight forward to saying NO
Had a pre placement talk where they mentioned there will be no work life balance but work life integration. The OA included graphs questions even for Business Analyst roles. Had a round table group discussion for BA.

It consist of three rounds which are online assessment group discussion and final interview. Based on a performance they first inform us above the letter of intent and then about the offer letter and the date of joining it was a wonderful experience I face all over the interview process.

Son una corpo grande asi que la primer entrevista fue muy general, los beneficios se asemejan a las grandes corporaciones.
Luego viene una entevista tecnica que me parecio muy laga sin aviso (1 hora) que se sintio como dar un examen en el colegio. La persona que entrevistaba leia preguntas y me hacian preguntas que no tenian que ver con mi experiencia (y lo sabian) como preguntas de libro. Note en ambas entevistas que la persona estaba o apurada o robotizada con el proceso.
Me quito toda gana de seguir con el proceso.
