I think they found my resume on LinkedIn and contacted me. The process involves 3 to 4 rounds. First round was technical discussion with a team member from india office. Second round was conducted by Onsite team. Then 3 interviews with Director, Lead and HR. Mostly questions were of managerial type, strength and weakness.
