Referred by a former colleague. I sent my resume. He forwarded to the hiring manager. The hiring manager called 30 minutes later, had a brief chat about my work history. He asked me to come interview that Friday and put me in touch with the travel agency to make it work. Interview process was in a hotel (factory and office space still under construction) with several interviewers. Lunch was provided and a general overview of GF and the Capitol region was given. Interviews varied by interviewer and did not really follow a script. Some technical questions about semiconductor processing. Some questions about what I thought the org structure should look like (very fledgling portion of the company at the time of the interview). Some of the interviewers were obviously untrained as they asked personal questions that a trained interviewer might avoid.
