I felt the company kept a strong line of communication open. They were constant emails and phone conversations to keep both sides up to date and the interview process wasn't rushed nor was it very drawn out. It was a 3-step process of first meeting the MD. This second meeting was again with the MD but this time with the Directors and finally, a team meeting. I felt important and that this company took care of its employees.
