- Might be a tech screen afterwards, but I didn't get that far.
2nd round was pretty much a culture fit interview. I've worked this role for years. The questioning wouldn't really give you an indication if you could do the job or not. It would have been better to give the candidates the tech screen optionally to reduce selection bias.
