J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Global Relay (Vancouver, BC)
Entretien
Multiple interview rounds, getting to talk with the hiring manager, future team mates and senior executive. A lot of tough questions, but it also provided me with a good idea of what the role entailed.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Some very specific knowledge questions for the type of work that the team does, as well as more general product management and agile processes questions.

Entretien
The interview process took over 3 months and unnecessarily lengthy for no good reason. Seems they couldn't make up their minds or don't exactly know what they require from the candidate.

Question 1
How do you upgrade legacy systems without affecting customer experience? How do you handle customer requests that is not on the roadmap?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Global Relay (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2022
Entretien
Matched with Global Relay by an external recruiter for a position at the data acquisition team. First stage: 1:1 with HM. Friendly, passed me to the second stage with the ProgM, ProjM and another TPM. I was presented with mostly situational questions tapping into my experience. A couple of programme sense questions came up: with focus on dealing with dependencies, priorities and communication, and as far as I can recollect I was not asked about vision/strategy at any point. No product sense questions (surprisingly). Some technical questions came up, but did not explore the depth of my experience.
You have 10 features in your MVP. A CEO asks you to add another feature, which from your previous market/user research does not move any metrics. How do you go about this? Follow up: an important customer needs this feature, and it may help us win big in the future
Engineers came up with a solution. Due to change of priorities, some of the work needs to be scrapped and they need to prioritise a new feature. How do you convince an engineer to do it?
