one round of recruiter call, 2 rounds with technical teams with 90mins of technical deep dive among them. They asked me to write code from scratch in python and bash to do a basic task. They want someone who can write python code from scratch and deploy it to 100's of devices which is quite odd in this day of automation and AI. I was expecting questions more in terms of architecture and planning for automation, Writing a piece of code is not a big deal these days if you know what you want to accomplish and know how to maintain the code using the best practices
