      They lied during the entire interview. Promised things that were not true like working with certain technologies. The said I would be working with SQL and python turns out it’s just custom software.

      recently had the opportunity to participate in an interview process, and I would like to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the role and responsibilities were well-defined, there were certain aspects of the process that could have been improved to enhance the professionalism of the interview. Positive Points: Clear Job Description: The job description provided a comprehensive overview of the role, highlighting the key responsibilities and expectations. This clarity was beneficial in preparing for the interview and understanding the organization's needs. Knowledgeable Interviewers: The interview panel demonstrated a strong understanding of the industry and the specific requirements of the role. Their questions delved into the domain knowledge, allowing for a meaningful discussion on relevant topics. Thorough Assessment: The interview process was thorough in evaluating the candidate's skills and expertise. This included a combination of technical assessments and behavioral questions, providing a well-rounded view of the candidate's suitability for the position. Negative Points: Unprofessional Conduct: One notable concern was the lack of professionalism exhibited during the interview process. Some interviewers seemed disengaged and failed to maintain a high level of decorum, impacting the overall experience. Absent Interviewers: An unfortunate aspect of the interview was the absence of several panel members. This not only disrupted the flow of the process but also raised questions about the organization's commitment to conducting a comprehensive and thorough assessment. Lack of Communication: Communication regarding the interview schedule and process could have been more transparent. Clear communication is crucial to ensure that both the candidate and the interviewers are on the same page, and in this case, there was room for improvement. In conclusion, while the interview provided valuable insights into the role and the organization, there were notable drawbacks that hindered the overall experience. Addressing issues related to professionalism, interviewer attendance, and communication would significantly contribute to a more positive candidate experience in the future.
