I was screened by phone and then asked to complete a writing assignment. They called a month later to schedule an interview. The interview was with the hiring manager and the Technical Communications director. They asked questions related to the writing sample and spent the entire hour asking tech writing related questions. They were looking for a UX writer though the job description didn’t put much emphasis on this experience. It didn’t seem like a good fit for either of us.
