Recruiter contacted me and was quite nice when conducting the screening interview. Next came the in-person interview which consisted of meeting with 4 individuals - Manager/Director, RTE and 2 existing Scrum Masters. One of the existing Scrum Masters was rude and disinterested and I could tell he wrote me off just upon seeing me, prior to really even starting to talk to me - the others I had spoken to and I seemed to really have good discussions. The individual that obviously did not like me, yawned and rolled his eyes when I started to answer his questions and one two different occasions acted as though he was about to fall asleep. The particular role I was interviewing for was to take over leading the team he was rolling off of - so, I figured he would have a huge impact on my overall "score" during the interview. Needless to say, even though I spent nearly 3 hours going through interviews onsite, I received a "thanks but no thanks" email a week afterwards.
