Hour and a half long. Questions were thorough and related to knowing you as a person more than just a resume. Good process and got to know the company more

Three words for your top 3 strengths and three words for your top 3 weaknesses
Second round process included a relatively lengthy survey and skills test, including writing sample emails. They prefaced the questions with a statement about how there are no right or wrong answers, but many questions were about putting extra time in for no pay, and the right answer seemed to be a desire to do just that.
