Hi, I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. Before we ask technical questions, we try and determine if the person is a fit for the company: ability to perform under pressure is important, as is just being a good citizen of the universe, general experience working in environments like ours, amongst other things. We meet lots of superb engineers with fantastic tech skills, but people must still be able to fit in and work within our teams. People are the biggest investment we make. We also believe it is a massive responsibility to employ someone and ask them to leave their current position. We take this responsibility very seriously. Having said all of that - you are welcome to contact me directly to discuss your experience with me. By all means, we are not perfect, and if we made a mistake I would like to rectify it.
