J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Global Institute For Tomorrow (Kuala Lumpur) en mai 2025
Entretien
It was straightforward, but I have a strong external sense, and I know the two interviewers felt intimidated, jealous, and protective of my accomplishments and results. I did not felt good either way when I entered the room.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, a situation when you dealt with a difficult client, and how you deal with difficult teammates.
They also gave an assignment to write an article of xxxx words, which was the first time an employer asked me to write so much.

Straightforward but also somewhat one sided, appears as if they are a bit green at it. They advertised for a position requiring many years of experience and high qualifications yet aren't able to offer much, job and pay wise. Upon first interview, they asked for a write up within 24 hours which I did complete, though skeptical. Following the second interview, I didn't hear back nor receive a response. I think this is very rude but commonplace. Considering how they speak of themselves and that they expect interviewees to do "pre-work", I expected a more professional exchange. I would be wary whether what they say reflects the truth of how they work.

Why I left my last job, why I am interested, nothing out of the ordinary
