The interview process was smooth and the steps for the process were clearly communicated with me. None of the phases of the interview were unrealistic or over the top. The in-person interview was longer than the average interview length that I was used to. However, I appreciated this since you do get more time to both answer questions and also ask questions and not feel rushed.
