The hiring process was lengthy and unnecessarily complicated. Too may people on the hiring panel, and they went back and forth taking turns asking questions. No real attempt to make a real connection to the candidate.

The interview process was nothing too complicated and not very intimidating. Having been both interviewed and had to interview potential interns, I saw that the questions are not difficult to answer. However, it is important to note that the best answers stick. Similarly to when I was interviewed, Global Footprint Network looks for special skills that one may have to aid the company, in my case this included fundraising experience and writing skills.
