Firstly, I was scheduled a HR call with the technology recruiter and it was fairly an overview on the position, the interview process and the company culture.
Secondly, a technical screening with two lead developers who went over the resume in detail and asked questions related to OOPS, Design Patterns, C# features, JavaScript questions. Pretty easy and rudimentary.
Thirdly, I was called for an on-site where I had a two hour session with three lead developers, followed by a an hour of managerial interview. The former consisted of the same type of questions in my technical screening, albeit they went a tad bit deep but it barely tickled my skill set. The latter interview though stressed more on the cultural and behavioral questions to gauge if I would have been a fit at this organization!!
The panel was super impressed and I was told they will reach out to me definitely in a week.
However, what happened next totally changed my perception towards this organization. They have shunned my follow up emails and they dint have the common decency to at least reject me gracefully. I was pretty sure I would have got the job, but I would have taken the rejection too. You just had to reach out!!
A complete waste of time and totally not worth a organization to be part of. Will never apply again! Thanks to the technology recruiter for taking the lead on this.
