J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Global Counsel (Londres, Angleterre) en nov. 2024
Entretien
Standard interview process - first interview was meeting a senior and junior team members. Second was a written task before in-person interview. Task was predictable - about analysing a specific policy area.
Initial interview was a good experience, the panel were switched on and engaged and answered my questions effectively and I was excited about the role. This was followed by a written test and a second interview. The second interview with senior management was completely different and unfortunately the panel were unpleasant, unprofessional and erratic. I would steer clear based on this experience… as an interview is where they are supposed to be putting their best foot forward I dread to think how they behave with their employees and I certainly wouldn’t want to be their client.
