I first had a phone interview, then was asked to go in to have a face-to-face interview. I went in and had the interview and it went smoothly, they were very understanding and engaging. I felt valued and welcomed. When our preferences didn't align they helped me determine a different position that would suit me better, and I think that was very thoughtful and helpful of them.
