Several rounds. Initial phone screenings with HR. Trading simulations seconds round. Final round interviews with trading managers. Overall process consisted of 3-4 rounds with each step progressively harder. From start to finish process took 3 months.

Interview with recruiting company - strong emphasis about what you know about glencore and why you want to work there. Good to find a way to differentiate yourself, knowing a lot about what the firm does
