I interviewed for a position at Glampick and while the initial process seemed organized, the experience quickly turned disappointing after the interview. The HR representative never followed up, not even with a basic update. I sent a polite follow-up email using the most standard, professional format — and received no response whatsoever. In today’s hiring environment, even a brief rejection email is a sign of basic respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this company failed to demonstrate either. Being completely ignored after investing time and effort into the process was both frustrating and disheartening. I hope they improve their communication with candidates in the future.
