Submitted application with the little assessment included. HR person reached out for a call to answer my questions. I was invited to do a short paid evaluation, 1-10 hours I believe. Then a second assessment, 10-20 hours. HR person was super friendly! Position sounded well paid and good benefits. Paid evaluation component was cool. However, it would be good to have received feedback on exercise. I assume they use some sort of uniform rubric to grade these for objectivity? Why not share that? Top researchers do not seem very accomplished but are from top ranked schools and org has very 'unique' methodological and writing approaches. However, I wonder how much other components of application bias the assessment and how much of objective evaluation of assessment is actually used...
