Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez GitLab (Miami, FL) en avr. 2022
Entretien
I have a detail conversation with the recruiter, we spoke in depth about my experience and the expectations for the position. We also discussed how Gitlab writes a response to every candidate not selected. I followed up a week later. Never heard back, never got an email with reasons why I wasn’t selected. Considering it’s in their extremely detailed handbook to provide these responses, it seems a bit unprofessional not to provide one.
Gitlab uses a standard interview process with a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, a culture fit where you interview with 1-2 members of the team, and then a final interview with the executive leading the division.
