The interview process was very lengthy and spanned over six weeks. Initially I interviewed with the recruiter then moved through the process and met with seven more people. The people I met with were great but there was a lack of insight throughout the process. It felt as if each interview was just checking a box.

The interview process was very well structured, friendly, and transparent. The HR manager followed up quickly with feedback, next steps, and the scheduling of the interviews. I was able to interview with the marketing operations team but also teams that work closely with the marketing operations team. It really gave me a good understanding of the organization and the job itself.
