This was my second round of interviews. I met with 2 sales leaders in person last year and others via Zoom Sessions. This go around, I had numerous Zoom calls with a variety of relevant contacts in different roles at GitLab. This allowed the team I would be working with to feel comfortable with me. This also allowed me to ask questions to best understand my own role as well as the team of individuals I would most closely be working with.
