J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GitLab (Cape Town) en janv. 2020
Entretien
A questionnaire with some technical and background questions, followed up with 5-6 interviews with various staff. Had great resources in their handbook which helped prepare for each stage of the process. As discussed in some other posts, the process took quite a while, as this is a completely remote company dealing in multiple time zones this is pretty understandable, I also applied just before the Christmas holidays, so a lot of the team then was unavailable when I would have interviewed. I would say of all the companies I interviewed with they had the most well prepared common sense methodology for screening and interviewing people.

What data pipelines have you built and maintained in the past? Where was the data coming from, where was it going, and who was using it?

The interview steps were exactly like described in the team handbook.
Before first interview I was given a few questions to answer, it was to assess my interest in the role and how well I match requirements - some sql, STAR questions, why Gitlab and if I joined what I would like to work on.
Then followed by HR interview, Manager interview x 3, peer interview x 2, background check and references.
The communication was very good throughout the whole process, general experience was very positive
