The recruiters were very well organized and compromised. I had a 2nd interview with someone from the team because the hiring manager was on vacations leave. The conversation was very nice and helped me grasp a very good understanding of what they were looking for. Though, once finished, I got the feeling that it wasn't the position I was looking for. Not surprisingly, the recruiter reached out to me and told me the same, but with a very good feedback and details on their impressions. All in all, I had a very good feeling about the firm and will be checking for a role more alligned with my expectations in the near future.
