J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GitHub en avr. 2021
Entretien
you will go through Multistep numbers of thorough interviews with different managers and VPs, which is great! you can ask all your questions and they are very welcoming.
However, at the end of this long process, you might receive no feedback! just sth general as unfortunately we decided not to proceed!
this happened to me, and I was bummed hard for not being valued enough to at least receive some feedback!
Professional people, but a painfully slow and uncommunicative process
Pros
Interviewers were professional and polite.
Conversations were engaging and aligned with GitHub’s stated culture.
Recruiter initially responsive and friendly.
Cons
Process dragged over two months from first contact to final decision.
Weeks of silence between stages.
No feedback or closure after final interviews, rejection email sent late at night on a Friday.
Communication and accountability didn’t match the company’s stated values of transparency and empathy.

The interview process takes place through multiple stages. The initial stages are fairly straightforward, while the later stages are more comprehensive. I believe there were four separate interviews. The last one with a group including managers and executives.
