I applied on LinkedIn and the recruiter reached out after a week . 1- Take home test 2 - 15 min call with the recruiter, 3- An interview with the hiring manager. All this happened over a span of 2 months which is pretty draining and exhausting mentally. The panel I gave my interview with were really nice but the time taken to go back and forth between each of the interviews can be extremely stressful. No one reached out to me after the meeting with the manager, I had to follow up twice (once after a week after the interview next after a month) to finally understand that I didn’t make it.
