I was interviewed over Skype - after my interviewer changed the time and date of my interview AFTER the initially scheduled time on three separate occasions. The interviewer was nice enough, but this was extremely frustrating. It should have been a red flag from the start.

Applied online and got a Google Hangout interview with one of the former teacher/TA. Heard back with an offer about 2 weeks after the interview. The process was straight forward and fast. The questions was both technical and behavioral
