The interview was set up by an HR staff member after I applied for the job online. All materials that I needed to prepare were provided to me ahead of time. The interviewer was a former instructor and we spoke over the phone. I was asked general classroom management questions and went through the CS prompts.

- Initial phone interview and -Interview with the HR team - then if selected they email you the offer letter with the joining date - they let you know whether you are selected or not within 2 weeks either through call or email -----------------------------------------

Firstly, I received questions about my past experience. The first part feels like a behavioral interview. And then, there was a sample teaching session. Lastly, I needed to solve a coding quiz. The interview was virtual on Zoom.
The interview started with basic personality questions and then moved to behavioral questions and a technical debugging question. There was also a section where you would mock teach a lesson.
