I was invited to one interview, as well as to complete an assignment. There were two senior managers on the panel, as well as an HR team member. The interview was overall a positive experience. However, I found the task to be a significant amount of (unpaid) work in a short space of time, and unfair for those candidates like myself with caring responsibilities.
