3 stage process with competency based questions, quite repetitive with little opportunity to discuss the actual role or experience. Panel interview for 2 stages followed by a written test for the 3 stage. Management seem inexperienced in interviewing, interview process felt cold, Formulaic and heavily scripted. As a result questions were accidentally repeated, forgotten or miscommunicated. Aspects of the job offer kept changing after I’d accepted the role such as hybrid working expectations and salary! Not the best impression!
