There was no focus on my previous practical experience. The tech lead did not introduce himself at the beginning; what is his experience and role at the company - we exchanged brief greetings, and then he immediately started asking technical questions. The topics were random and lacked cohesion, jumping from soft skills to highly specific frontend or backend questions. Overall, the interview felt impersonal. I didn't feel valued as a potential contributor but rather as just another brick in the wall who needs to prove their worth. The interview was of average difficulty, but the questions are random and can catch you off guard.
