Absolutely unprofessional. I got my first email asking for an interview asking if I was available in 2 hours. I was at school so proposed another date and received no response until the next week. I followed up on the date I proposed to see if they were still available. Interviewer showed up 10 minutes late into the call, paid no attention and was chewing gum. Following the call I emailed back to say thank you and followed up the following weeks and got ghosted. So glad the interview didn't go through and I found another internship somewhere else as part of my school work placement.

The interview process included an initial recruiter screening followed by a virtual interview with hiring managers, discussing my background, experience, analytical skills, and how I would contribute to the team and role.
