Interview lasted 3 hours and included all type of questions both related to the performance at job and in my privacy. It was focud why I had quited the job in my previous companies. Why I wanted to change the company I was working for at that time. I was also questioned about my military service.

Made 4 interviews with my line manager , HR , regional medical director and CEO varied from situational questions and general introduction questions But didn’t stick to a template , mostly it was follow up questions on my introduction
