Applied via employee referral, got a call by the recruiter followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, and additional zoom meetings with team members. The process took months with weeks of no word back. Been ghosted by the recruiter when following up regarding any updates or developments. This was the same experience I had in the past when I applied. They really don't care about your time or the fact that you have to take time off to interview. This says a lot about their company culture.
