J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gilead Sciences (Los Angeles, CA) en déc. 2022
Entretien
My first interview as with HR, and they clarified the job expectations, answered questions regarding the overall interview process, and asked about salary expectations. I was fortunate to next speak with a Director in the department I was applying to join (Formulation and Process Development), and he gave me really valuable insights into how to prepare my seminar and what to expect during one-on-one meetings. The next step was my interview/seminar day in which I met with 10+ people and gave a ~45 minute seminar with questions asked throughout the talk and at the end. I then was asked to give references (3) and finally received a verbal offer followed by an official written one.
