The day started with a 30 minute research talk in the morning (9 AM), followed by 30 minutes interviews with different members of their process team until about 5 PM. Everyone I talked to was happy, nice, and intelligent. Some people asked questions about my research, others were interested in me as a person and did not question me about chemistry. The questions asked were extremely diverse, so be prepared to discuss all aspects of your research if you get an interview. They provided lunch and dinner.
