Several telephone conversations with Talent Acquisition followed by phone call with hiring manager. The interviews were very good, focused on self-reflection and leadership philosophy. Phone calls were scheduled over the course of about two months. Some delays due to management restructure, then told the recruiting plan had changed after 3-4 months. Pretty effective communication throughout, although somewhat frustrating that nothing came to fruition given the timeframes involved.
