Initial phone interview (1 h), followed by an on-site interview one week later. Interview starts with a dinner with senior staff- order wine for table. Next day candidate gives a seminar (1 h) followed by a full day of various interview panels, site tours and 1:1 interviews. Many many opportunities to ask questions and learn about company culture. Soft skills highly emphasized during interviews, a few technical questions. Come prepared with scenarios to address HR-type questions like "explain a time when you hd a disagreement with a manager or coworker, how was it resolved" and then be prepared to answer the same question multiple times with different panels. Overall experience was positive and as a candidate I felt increasingly comfortable as the day went on. Staff spent a lot of time selling the company and location.

HM phone screening and onsite interview with presentation. There was a group lunch with few team members. At the end of the day, there was a HR interview. I received a rejection by email.
