The interview process was quick and extremely thorough. It consisted of a hiring manager screen, an interview with a peer, along with an assignment, then a panel interview with the hiring manager (with another assignment), CEO, and a peer.
While the company is still small, you can tell each member you speak with genuinely cares about the company and finding the right person for the role. They were consistently responsive and ensured updates were given within a timely manner.
I was extended an offer but ultimately walked away due to personal obligations. However, Giga spent a lot of time and effort to try and work with me and see if we can work around the personal obligations. It speaks volumes about the type of company Giga is.
