Invited for interview by telephone and then confirmed date and time by email. It was a group interview with three of the current paralegals in the Intellectual Property Department. General interview questions and then a few questions about my resume. The last few questions were more personal, what do you like to do etc. Be ready to justify why you want to work there and what would make you stay for two years, as it seemed the work was not particularly interesting.
