As someone else described, the HR interview was very fair, but however, although I have been told that they will tell me regarding the next step, I was ghosted. The same pattern happened before, and this issue should be taken to a higher ground. Please read a few posts below, exactly the same thing happened to me.

During the technical interview, I was informed that HR would contact me regarding next steps. After one week without any communication, I sent a follow-up email and received no response. After two weeks, I sent another follow-up email, but again received no reply. No further communication was received from the company.
