In general not happy about the interview process. During the interview, there was a tendency that you must know and remember everything by the theory. I was expecting a more open discussion sharing the experience regarding different topics and helping the candidate to focus on the answers that the interviewer was expecting.

I had a great experience interviewing for the Senior .NET Developer position. The interviewers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They asked me relevant questions that tested my skills and experience in .NET , databases development . They also gave me constructive feedback . I learned from the interview process and appreciate the opportunity to meet those friendly and professional interviewers .
