J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ghost Robotics (Philadelphia, PA)
Entretien
One remote with HR & one on site with 4 senior managers. Was told if I had progressed it would have been 1-2 more interviews for an offer. HR was extraordinarily kind, even in rejection, and the managers I met with were respectful and asked incisive questions.

Question 1
What was a major financial reporting project you completed in your last role that could be relevant to this role?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ghost Robotics (Philadelphia, PA) en avr. 2023
Entretien
They did 4-5 rounds of highly technical rounds, only to reject at the end. What started with a phone call, lead to a highly technical time-consuming take-home exam, followed by a 3-hour technical interview. The final round was also time-consuming and took 2 days. They rejected me for a requirement that doesn't make sense, since it wasn't part of the job description. I didn't feel welcomed enough for the on-site interview. Something is off about the company and the interview process. As a final nail in the coffin, they also delayed the travel reimbursements for the on-site interview. Wouldn't recommend working for this company.
