The Getty Images recruiter I dealt with was was friendly and engaged, and the hiring manager was very impressive: knowledgeable and passionate about the company mission. I ultimately did not get an offer but the recruiter reached out to me to share feedback regarding why they moved forward with another candidate and I really appreciated that, not many recruiters/companies are willing to help you out that way.

The hiring manager gave me a broad overview of the work and we had a conversation where I attempted to offer examples of how I may be able to contribute to the specific goals they have/issues they are facing. She also asked me some general questions about my work style, interests, etc.
