Appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I have looked at the circumstances around this and we uncovered an integration issue which meant that messages from our Applicant Tracking System were being sent out without the necessary links and also responses to those emails were not being received in the system. Deepest apologies for the circumstances around this and would certainly be happy to have a conversation to discuss the situation.
