The interview process was disorganised and unprofessional. I had an interview confirmed for the following day, only to then receive an email stating that the role had already been filled. This was communicated less than 24 hours before the scheduled interview with no prior indication that the process had closed. It felt like a waste of my time and showed a lack of consideration for candidates. Communication overall could have been handled much better.
