A quick HR interview and next step was with the engineering manager that asked about everything such as basis of Node,js, architecture, system design, etc After two days, I sen an email for HR as a follow-up and told me they will move with another.

Very kind people. It was a good process even thought i failed. I’d want to work with them. Unfortunately i cant(for now). Just master your own cv. Dont know about other processes. Ive failed on first one.

The HR was nice, it was boring and long, for junior positions you no need so much experience. First you talk to the HR and you decide about the next interview date.
