HR reached me out via LinkedIn. We setup a meeting. The recruiter asked general hr questions and a salary expectation. After the meeting, I was given a coding question. I did the coding and messaged to recruiter and they send me take home assignment. This whole process took a day. Until this part everything was super fast.
The problem starts after giving the assignment. First, they did not tell me the deadline for the assignment, after I messaged to the recruiter, she told me to finish it in 3-4 days. It was not a hard assignment, but although they know I am also currently working at a different company they gave a very short time for the assignment. I completed the assignment in the given time and messaged to the recruiter.
After this part, the long silence begins. It has been 3 weeks since I delivered the assignment and there is no any message, mail or call from the HR.
I think this is how Getir recruitment process works, lots of ghosting. I wish I would looked the comments here before doing the assignment. I was not worth it, just wasted my time. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Implement a todo application using Realm or Core Data
Completed a take-home task after the first screening. 2 weeks later I'm told that I performed well and that I will participate in an interview with the engineers talking about my solution.
Had a talk with some criticism and questions that I handled correctly. The engineers were below average in communication and english skills. These questions were always in relation to the assignment.
2 weeks later I contact them and I'm told that I will not continue in the process without giving any feedback, which was disappointing.
